How do we know it works? We are currently in test phase alpha, which is an extensive trial phase of the program. Once this phase is complete and successful, we will be offering our services to all.
How are we different? No special food; no complicated points system. You can eat what you want as long as you reduce your average food calories. We will guide you through the process so you’ll know exactly how much you can eat. We can even count your calories for you. You don’t have to starve yourself; you don’t need to stop eating so called ‘junk’ foods; you don’t need to exercise excessively. We offer a lifestyle adjustment system that you can sustain for the rest of your life and never gain weight again!
How much time do you have to commit? If you are time poor, it could be as low as 10 minutes per day to send us your food diary, then less than 30 minutes once a fortnight to discuss your progress.
How much do we cost? We offer a premium personalised service. We realise that we are more than many other programs, but they do not offer the same service.
